Requirements
- Proven experience personally ideating, briefing, and shipping performance creative (static and video) for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Ability to write high-converting ad copy and UGC scripts with a solid understanding of hook, retention, and CTA structures.
- Performance fluency: ability to read creative metrics (e.g., hook rate, CTR, ROAS) and translate them into briefs.
- Strong creative judgment with a genuine point of view for original angles and feedback.
- Ability to operate with a rapid, reliable cadence and manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Comfort working within strict advertising compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- High level of ownership, intensity, and comfort working in an async culture.
Responsibilities
- Generate a steady flow of ad angles, hooks, concepts, and formats for static and video ads.
- Write UGC scripts and ad copy that are on-brand and optimized for conversion.
- Review content from creators and internal teams against brand and compliance standards.
- Manage external Meta, Google, and CTV channel agencies to align creative with account performance.
- Prepare performance reports that translate data into actionable insights for the creative team.
- Conduct competitive and cross-DTC research to identify new creative formats and testing opportunities.
