Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, owning the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong generalist recruiting background with experience hiring across corporate functions like Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and guide the interview and selection process.
- Confident communicator with strong offer and negotiation skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and leveraging recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for using new tools, including AI, to improve recruiting processes.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on recruiting best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of roles across the business, from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offers.
- Manage a consistent, fast-paced workload of 10-12 active requisitions while delivering a high-quality hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and make confident hiring decisions.
- Source and engage top talent through a variety of channels while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and strengthen FMX's employer brand across job boards, career pages, and other recruiting channels.
- Ensure a thoughtful, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and optimize workflows within our applicant tracking system (Workable).
- Explore and implement new recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve sourcing, efficiency, and the candidate experience.
