Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive business value ROI models.
- Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture and DevOps principles.
- Strong understanding of modern IT monitoring.
- Strong consulting skills and experience working as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to drive influencing conversations at the C-level and handle objections.
- Experience working in or with companies undergoing DevOps transitions.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for in-person meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with IT, Engineering, and Support organizations.
- Demonstrate hands-on product knowledge by applying it to the customer's business priorities.
- Guide customers on process, people, and change management best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations.
- Identify risks to customer business goals and collaborate with sales to build mitigation plans.
- Produce and execute comprehensive adoption paths for products, showing current and target states with timelines.
- Deliver business value by understanding opportunities to reduce cost and drive growth.
- Lead the cross-functional post-sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and facilitate business reviews, training sessions, webinars, and demos.
