Requirements
- At least Junior standing pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are eligible to apply.
- Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
- Interested in the CPG industry.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a curiosity to ask questions and dig deeper.
Responsibilities
- Review and code corporate credit card transactions for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Export transactions into NetSuite via CSV files.
- Review and code employee expense reimbursement reports in Tipalti.
- Process vendor invoices in Tipalti, ensuring proper coding and account allocation.
- Validate supporting documentation and resolve invoice discrepancies with team members.
- Monitor the accounting email inbox for daily dispatching.
- Support month-end close activities including accrual maintenance and exception report review.
