Requirements
- Current student with at least Junior standing in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data and number handling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Invoice all wholesale and e-commerce customers while validating pricing and allowances.
- Record and apply cash and credit memos in the cash application platform.
- Escalate past due AR balances to customers.
- Prepare weekly AR aging reports for leadership.
- Organize documentation for deduction disputes and prepare weekly reconciliations.
- Reconcile customer invoices against shipping data to identify variances.
- Assist with accrual schedule roll-forward and journal entry preparation.
