Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations.
- Hands-on experience processing subscriptions, payment links, and invoices in HubSpot Commerce.
- Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks.
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Process-improvement mindset with ability to identify and fix inefficiencies.
- Must be located in an authorized US state.
- Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce.
- Generate invoices and process payment links at scale.
- Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure transactional accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing concerns, disputes, and adjustments.
- Follow up on past-due balances and manage collections effectively.
- Process prorations, refunds, credits, and one-off charges.
- Support revenue forecasting, cash-flow projections, and AR reporting.
- Identify and implement billing and reconciliation process improvements.
