Requirements

  • 5+ years in email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle, or CRM.
  • Hands-on ownership experience with an ESP such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
  • Deep expertise in deliverability, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC management and diagnosis.
  • Proven ability to build and document drip, nurture, and behavioral sequences.
  • Experience with lead capture, form compliance, and territory routing.
  • Proficiency in building AI-assisted automation and workflows.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 2x per year.
  • Reliable remote work setup.
  • Detail-oriented with an execution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ESP and the email/SMS engine including lists, segments, automations, and CRM tagging.
  • Build drip and nurture sequences and maintain legible, documented automation logic.
  • Protect deliverability by managing domain authentication, DNS, and inbox warmups.
  • Edit and test lead-capture systems and ensure correct routing of leads into the CRM.
  • Review new leads daily and trigger timely follow-up sequences.
  • Build webinar and event registration and confirmation flows.
  • Build automation, processes, and segmentation workflows using AI tools.
