Requirements
- 5+ years in email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle, or CRM.
- Hands-on ownership experience with an ESP such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
- Deep expertise in deliverability, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC management and diagnosis.
- Proven ability to build and document drip, nurture, and behavioral sequences.
- Experience with lead capture, form compliance, and territory routing.
- Proficiency in building AI-assisted automation and workflows.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 2x per year.
- Reliable remote work setup.
- Detail-oriented with an execution-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the ESP and the email/SMS engine including lists, segments, automations, and CRM tagging.
- Build drip and nurture sequences and maintain legible, documented automation logic.
- Protect deliverability by managing domain authentication, DNS, and inbox warmups.
- Edit and test lead-capture systems and ensure correct routing of leads into the CRM.
- Review new leads daily and trigger timely follow-up sequences.
- Build webinar and event registration and confirmation flows.
- Build automation, processes, and segmentation workflows using AI tools.
