Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, social media management, or marketing project management.
  • Proven experience running multi-stakeholder content or campaign calendars in an agency or fast-moving brand environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Notion and modern content scheduling tools.
  • Strong writing instincts with the ability to adapt brand voice across different social platforms.
  • Comfort and experience working with AI tools for analytics, reporting, and drafting.
  • Fluency in English for all business conduct.
  • Ability to work in the EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST).
  • Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments is a plus.
  • Hands-on ESP experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, beehiiv, Substack) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting podcast or video production logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing content calendar end-to-end, maintained at least 4 weeks ahead across all channels.
  • Run the delivery motion for launches and announcements to ensure on-time execution.
  • Queue and publish content on schedule across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and DMs, and monitoring social sentiment.
  • Maintain the creator CRM and coordinate logistics for partnership programs.
  • Deploy biweekly email newsletters, including list management and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate podcast production logistics such as guest scheduling and episode publishing.
