Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience, with 4+ years of relevant experience in political campaigns, organizing, nonprofit operations, or government.
- Proven track record supporting senior leaders or managing organizational operations.
- Operational instincts with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write in someone else's voice.
- Strong relationship and lateral leadership skills.
- Fluency with Google Suite and donor/constituent CRM tools like EveryAction or NGP.
- Deep commitment to Democratic politics.
- Comfort working in an evidence-driven, experiment-first culture.
- Experience as a Campaign Manager, Chief of Staff, Finance Director, or senior executive assistant preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the organizational operating cadence including quarterly planning, team retreats, all-hands meetings, and performance reviews.
- Track internal and external deadlines across programs to ensure goals are met.
- Document and communicate key organizational information and decisions to all team levels.
- Support the Development team by executing follow-ups and drafting polished proposals for donors.
- Build and optimize processes and utilize project management tools to track priorities and blockers.
- Represent the Executive Director as needed and manage their strategic to-do list.
