Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within IT staffing, outsourcing, or professional services.
- Proven track record of driving new sales, account expansion, and long-term client growth.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and delivering strategic presentations such as QBRs.
- Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in consultative sales environments involving advisory or consulting services.
- Experience building or managing strategic partner relationships, alliances, or ecosystem collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on revenue growth.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer to develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Drive revenue through proactive new business development, upselling, and renewals in advisory and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the relationship owner for strategic nearshore talent and technology partners to foster ecosystem collaboration.
- Manage and oversee partner and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments) ensuring compliance and alignment with growth initiatives.
- Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure consistent execution and strategic alignment.
