Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within IT staffing, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of driving new sales, account expansion, and long-term client growth.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships and delivering strategic presentations such as QBRs.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in consultative sales environments involving advisory or consulting services.
  • Experience building or managing strategic partner relationships, alliances, or ecosystem collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on revenue growth.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer to develop and execute account growth strategies.
  • Drive revenue through proactive new business development, upselling, and renewals in advisory and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the relationship owner for strategic nearshore talent and technology partners to foster ecosystem collaboration.
  • Manage and oversee partner and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments) ensuring compliance and alignment with growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure consistent execution and strategic alignment.
