Requirements
- CPA (or equivalent) designation.
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidation and full-cycle accounting.
- Hands-on experience with multi-currency reporting, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries is an asset.
- Public accounting experience (audit or assurance) is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies.
- Maintain intercompany eliminations, management fee allocations, and transfer pricing adjustments.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for shared-service and cost-center entities in the US, Canada, and India.
- Support annual and quarterly budgets, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Oversee GST/HST/PST filings and compliance for Canadian entities.
- Lead systems implementation and financial integration for new acquisitions using NetSuite.
- Maintain documented accounting procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness.
