Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience pricing DoD proposals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience pricing for Department of Defense or Federal civilian agencies.
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Experience supporting capture strategy and Price-to-Win discussions.
- Understanding of Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), wage determinations, and labor category mapping.
- Experience working with indirect rate structures and multi-year financial projections.
- Knowledge of proposal development tools and enterprise financial systems.
- Ability to work in a dedicated, distraction-free space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cost/price proposals ensuring compliance with RFP instructions, FAR, CAS, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop pricing strategies, and produce compliant proposals.
- Develop pricing templates, narratives, and business cases for both services and products.
- Support strategic pricing discussions and contribute to Price-to-Win (PTW) strategy.
- Support executive leadership in defining pricing strategies, risk analysis, and pricing adjustments.
- Analyze competitive pricing trends and assess cost proposals for regulatory compliance.
- Manage cost volume templates, conduct price reviews, and ensure successful proposal submission.
- Respond to Evaluation Notice (EN) and Final Proposal Revision (FPR) inquiries.
- Review contracts upon award to ensure conformance to submitted pricing and payment schedules.
- Maintain GSA price lists and a repository of pricing narratives.
