Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking/consulting.
- Strong analytical foundation with SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Demonstrated ownership of a P&L, billings/revenue process, or similar financial workstream.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (billings, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC ratio).
- Understanding of the GTM funnel and business health KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting analysis to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly forecasting, annual budget, and KPIs for GTM (Sales & Marketing) and G&A expense categories.
- Drive monthly budget vs. actuals analysis for GTM and G&A spend, explaining variances and partnering with department leaders.
- Own COGS analysis to protect and expand gross margin, ensuring delivery, support, and hosting costs scale efficiently.
- Own headcount reporting and planning in partnership with People/Talent teams.
- Own monthly top-line billings calculations for the Operator Qualification (OQ) product line.
- Build and maintain the OQ billings model, tracking actuals against plan.
- Lead the full Product P&L for the Operator Qualification line, focusing on unit economics and profitability.
- Lead the bi-weekly billings Flash report and prepare board reporting materials.
