Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 1+ years of work experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including comfort with large datasets
- Ability to simplify complex analyses for communication with senior leadership
- Commitment to precision, polish, and persistence
- Ability to travel once per month to rotating leadership meeting locations
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit
- Develop, maintain, and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using forward-looking financial models
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
- Review monthly KPIs and financial results versus forecast, delivering detailed variance analysis
- Partner with accounting to interpret financial results and connect outcomes to underlying business performance
- Support monthly business unit review presentations for senior leadership
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis related to the ophthalmology segment, including de novo initiatives and refinancing scenarios
