Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation or Client Services.
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility enterprise accounts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and resolve issues independently.
- Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and Slack.
- Comfortable with emerging technology and AI tools for workflow optimization.
- Ability to work from a private, secure, and distraction-free home office environment.
- Strong internet connection for remote calls.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation strategy and execution for enterprise accounts, including flagship clients.
- Build, refine, and improve scalable implementation processes for Backup Care and Care Concierge services.
- Lead multiple concurrent client implementations to meet launch timelines and enrollment targets.
- Manage and mentor junior team members as the team grows.
- Set and own performance metrics including launch timelines, implementation NPS, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage project documentation.
- Resolve technical configuration and onboarding issues.
- Collaborate across Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
