Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading field sales teams in DoD or federal markets.
- Proven track record of coaching quota-carrying sales teams to hit revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps procurement environments.
- Deep understanding of federal procurement, contracting, and customer environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.
- Prior military service strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- NetSuite or ERP system familiarity preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Maintain a personal at-home office for administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to revenue generation while supporting overall field sales performance.
- Partner with the VP, Business Unit Leader to execute sales strategy and territory coverage models.
- Coach sales managers and representatives on deal strategy, pipeline management, and account execution.
- Maintain direct customer relationships and lead engagement in key strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, contracts, pricing, and operations to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting in Salesforce.
- Communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership.
