Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in public, corporate, or outsourced environments.
Demonstrated experience leading accounting operations and financial reporting functions at a controller or equivalent level.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition and complex accounting areas.
Experience overseeing multi-entity, multi-system, or high-growth environments.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams with a focus on quality and accountability.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QBO, Xero, AI-native finance tools) and reporting tools.
Experience with system implementations, process optimization, and scaling accounting functions.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
CPA, CMA, or CGMA strongly preferred.
Experience in eCommerce, technology, or inventory-based businesses preferred.

Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
Design and implement scalable accounting processes, internal control frameworks, and operating models.
Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights for cash flow and growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery.
Manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments and internal quality standards.
Evaluate and implement accounting systems and reporting tools to drive automation and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and support proposal development for new and existing clients.
