Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in DevOps, with proficient coding skills in Python.
- Extensive experience delivering systems to production with Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Minimum four years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and CDK scripting.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and ELK.
- Experience in Test Driven Development (unit, integration, and performance testing).
- Experience performing code reviews and following source control standards such as Git Flow.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technically adept audiences.
- Must be available on an on-call basis.
- Must have flexibility to align with 9AM to 5PM Eastern time.
Responsibilities
- Perform code reviews and maintenance on GitHub repositories.
- Analyze and develop plans to document code and improve test coverage.
- Increase AWS infrastructure test coverage to 90%.
- Lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect and manage complex AWS cloud environments.
- Utilize Terraform and CDK scripting for configuration management.
- Address system performance issues to maintain reliability.
