Requirements
- Proven experience in sales.
- Account management and negotiation experience.
- Strong internal and external influencing skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Skilled in building strategic relationships.
- IT literacy including Google Suite or Microsoft Suite (Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business strategies to target prospects and build long-term relationships.
- Present service offerings and develop customer-specific plans to maximize sales of new products.
- Manage an existing customer portfolio, conducting regular service reviews to ensure high retention standards.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to align service delivery with customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage customer debt positions in line with company targets.
- Maintain knowledge of operational best practices and competitor market activity.
