Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, or finance operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets and complex financial reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker).
- Experience with, or motivation to develop skills in, Python for automation.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process consistency.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external sellers.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and improve Finance Operations processes around payment flows, PSP settlements, and seller payouts.
- Develop finance reporting based on transaction data to ensure accounting accuracy and seller transparency.
- Analyze discrepancies between PSP data, platform orders, and accounting records to identify and resolve root causes.
- Automate recurring finance tasks using Excel, Looker, Python, or AI-supported workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Seller Relations teams to design scalable finance processes for new products.
- Provide support to sellers regarding payout, report, and reconciliation inquiries.
- Document processes and take on increasing ownership of finance operations workflows.
