- Problem-solving skills with an ability to identify root causes of challenges.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Flexibility to work either 14:00 – 23:00 or 17:00 – 02:00 (Kyiv time), Sun–Thu.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with top-tier customers.
- Drive retention and proactively reactivate dormant accounts.
- Identify opportunities for personalized outreach and email campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
