Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products.
- Proven track record of mentoring designers, acting as a lead, or managing small teams.
- Exceptional strength in both UX and visual craft with a portfolio that shows attention to detail.
- Ability to view design through a business lens and translate strategy into digital solutions.
- Demonstrated success building, evolving, and scaling robust design systems.
- High autonomy and ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders.
- Deep curiosity about customers and familiarity with Fliff’s product vertical mechanics.
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira.
- Experience in video games, sports betting, or gaming ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience taking a 0-1 product to market is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design on key initiatives including journey mapping, wireframing, and UI creation.
- Transform complex requirements into intuitive user flows.
- Partner with engineering and product management to shape product development.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure team efficiency and visual consistency.
- Manage a team of product designers through weekly 1:1s, feedback, and mentorship.
- Align designer strengths with product squad priorities.
- Establish and optimize design workflows and cross-functional handoff processes.
