Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager for mobile products.
- Proven experience developing products with subscription-based monetization.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing mobile products (Android or iOS) to achieve mature unit economics.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI, conversion rates, and payback periods.
- Systematic experience conducting A/B tests from hypothesis formulation to interpretation.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 to build dashboards and funnels.
- Solid understanding of mobile platform differences (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of paid marketing and performance channels (UAC, Meta, Moloco, ASA).
- Experience optimizing web funnels (quiz, paywall, download) is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Android product direction, transforming the existing MVP into a mature, scalable business.
- Develop product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Android platform.
- Adapt successful iOS features while creating platform-specific Android solutions.
- Formulate, validate, and test product and marketing hypotheses using systematic A/B testing.
- Optimize Android unit economics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and ROMI.
- Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities across all stages.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize paid performance channels (UAC, Meta, Moloco, ASA) with the product experience.
- Manage the product backlog and coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery.
