- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- In-house recruiting experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for tech companies or technical roles (engineering, product) is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and own requisitions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working asynchronously and across time zones in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with onboarding, HR operations, or employee lifecycle work.
- Familiarity with employer branding or careers-page work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned open roles from intake to offer.
- Proactively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill and technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write job descriptions, and build structured interview plans.
- Manage the full candidate experience, including scheduling, communication, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain ATS data and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill.
- Coordinate interview logistics, reference checks, and background checks.
- Own and improve the new-hire onboarding experience.
- Support early-stage People processes including employer branding and referral programs.
