Requirements

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data, or technology industries.
Demonstrated success recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles across the US and EMEA.
Experience sourcing and assessing passive talent in competitive markets.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise.
Ability to manage a workload of up to 15 requisitions simultaneously across mixed seniority levels.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring managers and interviewers.
Experience recruiting interns and managing summer internship hiring programs.
Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Greenhouse Talent Matching.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance across multiple business functions.
Lead hiring efforts for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Customer Success professionals.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across the US and EMEA.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify success profiles and provide insights on market trends and compensation.
Serve as the primary recruiter for summer internship hiring across the US and Canada.
Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
