Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
- Experience recruiting specifically for marketing, growth, acquisition, and creative strategy roles.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Strong skills in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in ATS (Recruitee) and various sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate cultural fit and alignment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage high volumes of information and process requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing roles from job opening to offer stage.
- Conduct company and market mapping to identify top talent for the CMO and stakeholders.
- Manage sourcing platforms and AI tools, including Recruitee ATS, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to align on recruitment strategies and role priorities.
- Track and optimize recruitment performance using KPIs and analytics.
- Lead a team of 3 to 5 people and serve as the main point of contact for team members and HR business partners.
