  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, scheduling, or talent operations within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent interviews, meetings, or complex scheduling activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles within hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, managing calendars, availability, meeting logistics, and candidate communications.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, responsive, and inclusive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, outreach, job posting updates, applicant tracking, and initial screening conversations.
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with requisition management, intake meetings, interview coordination, and hiring workflows.
  • Support onboarding activities including offer preparation, background check coordination, equipment logistics, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs by managing training schedules, materials, enrollment records, attendance tracking, and program logistics.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, job postings, and recruitment documentation while supporting reporting activities.
  • Compile and analyze talent metrics such as time-to-fill, interview volume, scheduling efficiency, and training completion rates.
