Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, including Python, REST APIs, data integration, and automation.
- 3+ years of experience implementing SaaS platforms or delivering customer-facing technical consulting services.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, MySQL, Python, and Java.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automation best practices.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation projects by configuring the platform to align with each organization's technical and business requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, API integrations, and automated workflows to support reliable data exchange.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
- Advise customers on implementation best practices, learning data strategies, and platform optimization.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product capabilities.
- Develop automation processes and CI/CD workflows to increase operational efficiency and streamline deployments.
- Deliver client training sessions and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and long-term success.
