Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on programming experience (Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, software automation).
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS, data science, or analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL database.
- Experience with Python and Java development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed.
- Perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports to help clients understand their data.
- Consult with clients on goals and share best practices for building learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the technology team.
- Automate repetitive technical workflows and develop CI/CD deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins.
- Train clients on effective use of the Watershed platform.
