Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience owning the full campaign lifecycle from audience research to continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to develop performance marketing creative concepts, briefs, and testing strategies.
- Experience analyzing performance using metrics like CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, attribution tools, and spreadsheets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like Sales, SDRs, and RevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for marketing workflows is preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or vertical software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Create and manage a pipeline of creative concepts based on customer insights and campaign data.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing assets and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and manage experimentation roadmaps across messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance across formats and funnel stages to optimize outcomes.
- Design full-funnel growth programs that increase awareness and support sales conversion.
- Monitor channel budgets, customer acquisition costs, and performance trends.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative development and marketing execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and leadership to align growth initiatives.
