Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Linux based environments.
- Previous experience as a sales engineer or customer success manager in enterprise SaaS, ideally within cybersecurity or application security.
- 2+ years of progressive responsibility in technical enablement.
- Demonstrated successful execution of technical enablement programming.
- Basic knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker).
- Proficient knowledge of cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Awareness of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, STIG, PCI-DSS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to visualize data.
- Ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Sales Engineering and Customer Success to align content and methodologies with priorities.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for Technical Enablement and manage competing priorities.
- Develop demo methodologies and certification programs.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams for technical field readiness around upcoming releases.
- Coach sales teams on industry and product knowledge.
- Institutionalize and document knowledge in content management solutions.
- Design optimal learning experiences using adult learning theory principles.
- Build, deliver and manage role-based technical onboarding programs.
- Manage technical programming and skill tracking within the LMS.
- Deliver technical training in virtual and in-person environments.
