Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical project/program management experience
  • 5+ years of external client-facing experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Strong risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready reporting skills
  • Consulting or professional services experience managing cloud or technical projects
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP platform capabilities and services
  • Understanding of SecOps, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and continuous monitoring
  • Experience with Hybrid, Agile, or iterative delivery methodologies
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technical projects through the full lifecycle with accountability for schedules, scope alignment, dependencies, communications, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and engagement teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine project management procedures, reporting, and optimization efforts.
  • Execute and control project management work across assigned client engagements.
  • Guide projects through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, dependency management, and issue resolution.
  • Manage overall project coordination including scheduling, task assignment, and client communication.
  • Create and execute project schedules to meet changing client needs and technical requirements.
  • Lead project status meetings to track schedules, dependencies, and action items.
