Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or healthcare provider/value-based care organizations.
- Demonstrated healthcare expertise in Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, PACE, or long-term care.
- Strong consulting craft including structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor.
- Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead tasks and design projects end-to-end.
- High level of professional maturity, initiative, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing tasks, timelines, research, deliverables, and internal communications.
- Translate complex policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations for provider executives.
- Produce client-ready deliverables such as strategic plans, policy briefs, market assessments, financial models, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support presentation development and facilitate working sessions with provider leadership.
- Analyze legislation, regulations, and payment policy to assess business insights and financial impact for clients.
- Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research including market scans, competitive landscape analyses, and business case development.
- Synthesize large healthcare datasets into strategic insights and analytic frameworks.
- Contribute to proposals and the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while modeling strong consulting craft.
