Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, government healthcare programs, corporate strategy, or healthcare provider/value-based care organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare, with depth in Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, PACE, complex care, long-term care, or provider strategy/operations.
- Strong consulting craft, including structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with comfort working with large healthcare datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute projects end-to-end and mentor junior staff.
- High level of professional maturity, initiative, and ownership.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing scopes, timelines, workplans, and deliverables.
- Translate complex policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
- Produce client-ready strategic plans, policy briefs, market assessments, and financial models.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to clients and facilitate workshops with provider leadership.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, business case development, and strategic growth planning.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from sources like Medicare claims or EHR data into strategic insights.
- Contribute to proposals and the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Mentor analysts and junior team members while modeling consulting craft.
