Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5-8+ years of digital marketing and/or digital fundraising experience.
- Experience creating effective conversion-driven strategies and campaigns that map to the user journey.
- Proven experience planning and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms like Engaging Networks, EveryAction or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience with reporting analysis and website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience conducting digital marketing audits and providing detailed analysis.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create multichannel and integrated digital marketing strategies that engage our clients' audience and lead to successful conversion goals.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
- Plan and execute robust, creative and conversion-driven email campaigns.
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Work with our digital advertising team to implement and track campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic and connected TV.
- Optimize digital marketing and fundraising campaigns to maximize ROI across channels.
- Track, analyze and develop meaningful reporting for clients and proactively recommend next steps.
- Conduct audits of clients' digital marketing and fundraising efforts to determine past performance and set benchmarks.
- Evaluate emerging tactics and provide thought leadership for adoption.
