Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology, preferably in Financial Services and/or Banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front end or full stack developer.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture) and cloud computing principles.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and detailed system designs.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Python is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working on integrating various platforms such as Q2, Alloy, MANTL, or Finxact is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for digital account opening and online banking platforms.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms.
- Provide technical support to business partners and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation.
- Develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to validate technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking.
