Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto operations, payment operations, treasury, or related fintech roles.
- Practical experience with cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Understanding of crypto payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, conversions, and settlements.
- Experience working with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, OTC desks, or payment providers.
- Knowledge of blockchain networks and transaction monitoring using blockchain explorers.
- Experience with risk management, transaction analysis, and identifying suspicious activity.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to crypto operations (KYC/KYB, AML).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data and records.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in Russian.
- Good English level.
Responsibilities
- Process and execute client crypto requests, including fiat-to-crypto conversions.
- Implement and manage cryptocurrency transaction processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with crypto liquidity providers, exchanges, and trading platforms.
- Mitigate currency risk using hedging instruments and platforms.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and security teams for in-depth investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transaction data.
- Ensure daily liquidity levels are maintained.
- Recommend improvements for risk mitigation and transaction monitoring.
