  • Review current payment setup and Acceptance Rate performance to identify key issues and quick wins.
  • Build and scale multi-PSP infrastructure including routing, orchestration, cascading, and provider onboarding.
  • Own payment strategy metrics such as success, renewal, and recovery rates, as well as billing logic for retries, dunning, and renewals.
  • Manage processing costs and negotiate with payment service providers to optimize payment margins.
  • Monitor risk metrics, including chargeback rates and fraud, while scaling transaction volume.
