- Represent the region on clinical projects and oversee delivery in line with sponsor expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish sponsor relationships, communicate effectively, resolve issues, and align on expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee clinical project planning, implementation, and execution with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Review and approve project scope, budgets, timelines, performance metrics, resource requirements, and training plans.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, risks, and performance indicators, and guide Clinical Project Managers in addressing challenges.
- Ensure projects comply with SOPs, regulatory requirements, corporate guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Oversee project forecasting, resource allocation, and staffing requirements.
- Monitor internal team and third-party vendor performance against sponsor expectations and project requirements.
- Support recruitment, performance evaluations, employee training and development, and departmental budget planning.
- Contribute to proposal development, RFPs, bid defenses, and prospective client engagement.
