Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian platforms in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management Cloud.
- Expertise in Jira workflow design, custom fields, screens, and permission schemes.
- Experience developing automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner (Groovy), and Atlassian REST APIs.
- Experience integrating Atlassian products with external systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Knowledge of identity and access management solutions including Okta, SSO, and SAML.
- Proficiency in managing users, groups, and security controls within cloud environments.
- Advanced English language proficiency (B2+/C1).
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Configure and manage Jira projects, issue types, custom fields, screens, workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Design, configure, and optimize Jira Service Management portals, request types, queues, and ITSM workflows.
- Develop and maintain advanced automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner (Groovy), and Atlassian APIs.
- Manage integrations with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, DevOps tools, and other third-party systems.
- Provide technical support, deliver training sessions, and create technical documentation for end users.
