Requirements
- Previous experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management.
- Strong understanding of technical profiles and the ability to assess candidate fit.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to final submission and placement.
- Understand client hiring needs and translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates across technology and business domains.
- Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical alignment, experience, motivation, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions that match role requirements and client expectations.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate experience standards.
