Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with enterprise clients.
- 2+ years of experience working with REST API’s and JSON.
- 3 years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environment.
- Experience with integrations involving Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with API tools such as Postman, Swagger, and SSO.
- Familiarity with Google Chrome development tools.
- Understanding of web analytics and the ability to comprehend JavaScript.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, and work independently.
- Technical ability to understand platforms and how they work together.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and develop integrations meeting customer requirements.
- Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors.
- Manage integration timelines, including notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources.
- Lead requirements sessions to discover integration needs, architect integrations, and complete integration builds.
- Provide direct technical client support.
- Create design documents, test cases, and perform unit testing.
- Document integration elements prior to transitioning the integration to support.
- Provide after-hours support when needed.
