- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment.
- Adept at building agents to increase productivity and scaling them across teams.
- Exceptional writing talent with the ability to distill complex, cross-functional topics into simple narratives.
- Highly organized and process-driven with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and building relationships across all levels.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prioritize ruthlessly.
- High level of creativity in communications format, channel, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Build the reporting and analytics function from the ground up.
- Spearhead development of agentic transformation, including building agents to help the team run more efficiently.
- Support the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications in crafting messaging for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation of comprehensive Corporate Communications strategies.
- Assist teams in ideation and execution of rapid response projects.
- Pitch in with executive speaking engagements, industry conferences, and customer events.
- Optimize corporate communications channel ecosystem, including earned media, owned channels, and executive communications.
- Support cross-functional storytelling initiatives to elevate executive thought leadership and amplify customer success.
