- Prior experience in logistics, documentation, veterinary services, or compliance roles (valued).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, VEHCS, Conga, and Adobe Acrobat (preferred).
- Working knowledge of international documentation or regulatory standards (preferred).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Must provide a cover letter and a 2–4 minute video response as part of the application.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and validate pet vaccination records against destination-specific regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks to prevent shipment delays.
- Coordinate with veterinary clinics and USDA officials for the endorsement of health certificates.
- Draft personalized vaccination timelines and track complex documentation workflows.
- Maintain and audit veterinary and pet records within Salesforce.
- Guide veterinarians and pet owners through international health certificate requirements and appointment checklists.
