Requirements
- Associate degree with 3-5 years of customer service experience OR GED/High School Diploma with equivalent experience in design, sales, job shop, machining, or web handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in standard Windows-based applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Strong mathematical skills (discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, basic algebra, and geometry).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP system is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support management of customer relationships through direct communication via phone, email, letter, and fax.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records and contact information.
- Process product quote inquiries and sales orders from customer purchase orders.
- Expedite and communicate status inquiries for quotes and orders.
- Support after-sales inquiries regarding parts, service, repairs, warranty, policy, and commercial issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain company objectives.
