Responsibilities
- Answer inbound ACD call line and provide prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies.
- Create new claim files with accurate and complete information.
- Regularly access client systems to gather information used to create inventory.
- Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently.
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts between 9am and 8pm EST.
