Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of BI software systems.
- Understanding of data structures and programming.
- Ability to manage projects under supervision.
- Proficiency in querying databases and data marts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Initiative and organizational skills to maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Observe and document project requirements and scope with senior analysts.
- Collaborate with internal partners to design and develop reporting solutions.
- Plan projects and provide time/effort estimates.
- Develop, validate, and execute simple queries.
- Design and build basic reports and dashboards using BI software.
- Present analysis and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Integrate visualizations and modify existing dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues through profiling, testing, and validation.
