Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level development work.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and database/SQL fundamentals.
- Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to follow technical standards, naming conventions, design patterns, and development guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a distributed team.
- Advanced professional level proficiency in English.
- Comfort using task management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in onboarding programs, technical training pathways, and certification activities to build platform and development expertise.
- Complete assigned learning modules and work toward foundational certifications relevant to enterprise technology platforms.
- Support development activities by completing clearly defined coding tasks under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads.
- Apply programming fundamentals to development work involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, automation features, and related technologies.
- Assist with translating technical requirements into practical solutions by observing discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure reliable delivery of assigned work.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation following established development standards and guidelines.
- Participate in agile team activities, including stand-ups, project meetings, backlog discussions, and delivery reviews.
