Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology.
  • Hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms, CDPs (e.g., HubSpot, Segment), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flow across a marketing stack.
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end campaign operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrable experience building automations or internal tools using LLMs or workflow platforms.
  • Ability to work hands-on, debug integrations, and write queries or scripts.
  • Proficiency with Zapier or similar middleware.
  • Experience with ad platforms and ad tech integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the marketing technology stack, setting the roadmap and deciding tool adoption.
  • Establish governance standards for data hygiene, permissions, naming conventions, and integration patterns.
  • Manage the operational backbone of every campaign, from setup and QA to launch and post-launch reporting.
  • Own tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Ensure clean data and audience flow across paid media, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Deploy AI-powered tools and automations to eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in account-based marketing (ABM) and product-led growth (PLG) by building supporting systems and signals.
