Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI enablement or AI learning transformation initiatives within technology-driven organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise designing and implementing AI agents, intelligent workflows, large language model (LLM) integrations, or AI-powered enterprise solutions.
  • Strong background designing modern learning ecosystems featuring adaptive learning, intelligent recommendations, coaching technologies, or automated content generation.
  • Experience building and managing multi-year technology strategies, product roadmaps, and enterprise learning platforms.
  • Deep understanding of learning management systems, platform administration, integrations, vendor management, and learning technologies.
  • Ability to translate business and learner requirements into technical specifications while collaborating effectively with engineering and technical teams.
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, learning analytics, executive communication, and global compliance training.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategy for an AI-native learning ecosystem, including intelligent learning paths, AI-powered coaching, recommendations, and automated learning workflows.
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI enablement and AI fluency initiatives, embedding AI capabilities into onboarding, leadership development, and role-specific learning experiences.
  • Own the learning technology roadmap, overseeing platform evaluations, integrations, migrations, capability enhancements, and future investments.
  • Partner with technology, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable learning architecture and technical solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence by managing product roadmaps, release planning, documentation, workflow automation, and governance processes.
  • Define measurement frameworks and dashboards to evaluate learning engagement, AI adoption, capability development, behavioral outcomes, and program ROI.
  • Oversee compliance training programs, vendor relationships, budgets, contract renewals, and platform performance while ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement.
